A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US...
Crosswell Riding Stables is a Licensed Riding and Trekking Centre which has been established for over 35 years.

Nestling in the shadow of the Preseli hills in the heart of the undiscovered Pembrokeshire National Park you will find Crosswell Riding Stables, where the atmosphere is relaxed and informal and the views and scenery are stunning.
Crosswell Riding Stables caters to all abilities and aims to make your visit an experience to remember!

LESSONS
All abilities and ages catered for with all types of horses and ponies available.
All lessons undertaken in enclosed sand school, by myself, a qualified instructress in either 30 minute or 1 hour sessions

RECOMMENDED
​
If you have never ridden, only ridden at holiday times, or not ridden for a long time, I recommend a half-hour lesson followed by a half-hour ride out.
Due to a change in my insurance policy, I can not take out an inexperienced rider for more than half an hour
TREKS
From 1/2 hour to a 2 hour ride. A variety of routes which take in the Preseli hills, ancient bridleways and woodlands can be explored.
What better way to see the beautiful mountainside or the Tycanol woodland.
OWN A PONY DAYS
These days are perfect for the children and jam packed with fun from start to end so they can be sure to come away having a brilliant day!
The day starts at 10:30am and ends at 4.30pm and is split into different parts to include;

Treasure hunt or Hide and Seek on ponies

Rosettes for everyone at the end of the day

TRAIL RIDES
Trail rides can be over 2 or 3 days, staying at a variety of venues each night to suit your taste and budget.
The ride will take you over the Preseli hills, the Gwaun valley, Newport beach and to some interesting watering holes on route.
Since these rides are exclusive; only small groups can be catered for to provide excellent safety standards and maximum enjoyment.
The aim of the holiday is to provide a totally relaxed and social atmosphere. Fun is a priority!
